Our tastefully designed Villas, nestled between the fairways of our Mountainside Golf-course, have given unforgettable memories to many owners, often for 2 and 3 Generations.

The private Recreation Centre with all its amenities like indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, squash, racquetball and tennis courts, fitness room, and steam room are yours to enjoy all year round.

One week a year in a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom villa for 5-years (until December 31, 2025) are available for under $ 1,000 during the late fall or ski season, or one week a year in a 2 bedroom villa for 5-years up to $ 2,132 in our high season: July, August, Christmas, and New Years.

2021 annual weekly maintenance fees are currently $ 734 for 1 bedroom or $ 836 for 2 bedroom villas.

When you compare renting to our 4 year ownership program, savings are from $ 1,000 to over $ 2,000, depending on the season.
